Veronica Eisen started with Chef Cary’s Cuisine in 2007 on a part time bases and was utilized in the kitchen and at catered events. She quickly gained knowledge in all aspects of the business and is now a full time employee overseeing high profile events, checking event load outs, setting up tastings and artfully presenting buffets. She is basically the oil that keeps the machine running smooth day to day. Her passion and detail for catering is intoxicating.
